Problem with new KVM switch

I just bought a IOGear GCS1764 DVI KVM switch. Hooked both of my computers in my sig to it. P4 works fine, The amd one the mouse and the keyboard are messing up. Takes about 1/2 second before the mouse moves or the keyboard works each time i move it or press a button. When i hook the keyboard and mouse up to the computer directly everything works fine. Have tried switch the cables from p4 to amd, everything is still the same, so no problem with the switch. I was wondering if anybody else has bought this switch and may have had the same problems with it. Thanks

I actually finally got through to Tech support and they said there's a problem with NF4 support right now. They said putting a USB card in the PCI slot would fix it. I got an extra one, so i'm going to try it out tomorrow
