Does anyone know what OS core they will base Vista off of? Will it be entirely new or will it be based on NT like XP was?

I think it's just a beefed up NT with a new shader instruction set and a few more small changes but don't quote me on that...on that note though I think they have a big windows vista topic in the windows forum
