space saver PC

I was looking for a small space saver PC which I could easily carry about from home to uni. reading about the forums, I got to a good website that actually had the perfect system I was looking for-

the problem is that I live in the UK and I've trid to find places that provide a similar service in the UK. i'm utterly hopeless when it comes to building PCs. can anyone help me out here please?
