It says 2.2vCore and 3.0 I/O Voltage.

What is the I/O voltage?

im not 100% , best I can understand is some cpus use split-rail or dual voltage instead of just a single voltage(core). Some bios have options to change the voltage type from single to dual or I think theres one more option and if your cpu supports this, i guess there telling you to use 3 or 3.3v(whatever it was). I dont know the advantage to this, if any.
