Serious hardware issue can't figure out what/why!?

I also did a Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool 64bit just in case to see if it could be CPU.. it came back as all passed test.

Bad part is we already "sent in" the fact we wanted to RMA for the PSU, and Now I need to switch that to the motherboard. Which is ****ing hard and really dont want to take apart the pc either but guess I have to. Problem is I don't know if I can return it to newegg or not. If its not working it shouldn't pay. anyways it is bed time for me..

Alright well I put the 550 in the second PCI-e slot, played for about an hour and 10 minutes. I think the computer is just perfectly fine with the 550 for some reason.

Canceled the PSU RMA ..so still got to figure out what the hell is wrong.
