Intel or Amd "new PC"

Hello, im building a new PC

i would like to get your opinons on what brand of components and combinations of components to build my Gaming PC.

Is Amd better for price wise or Intel ?
Is Intel more ifficient ? or Amd ?

Would like to get some anwsers.
