I have dell laptop 1535 my cd rom wont working i have purchased new external cd rom usb cd rom but it wont option in boot menu to boot from usb drive how can i show there and boot cd from my external cd rom please help me i need urgent help on this my laptop not working ...

I never had a problem with my external dvd-rom on my Netbook. You might want to use compressed air into the usb/cd connection

If this is an old laptop the BIOS won't have an option to boot from USB. If you are trying to install Windows it will not boot from USB (USB being a USB external CD ROM, thumb drive, etc).
