Did you try deleting and reinstalling the NICs Drivers? We use Dells at my work, and I have done that before when a persons internet was acting flakey. May not be the fix for you.

TADA Hefemeister your da man... lol after days of piddling it was teh **** ethernet cable the whole time. I guess it burnt partialy out and so i could get simple sites but not large ones. tried new cable and poof its fine. Wish I had thought about that before reformatting the whole system. Oh well, no matter how many times i tell my self i always forget... "Check the simplest things first". Ty for your help.

UPDATE: Just thought i would let you all know... It was the network card for some reason it works with these two short cables joined with a coupler, but non of my other cables, so i pulled the card and poof its fine.
