New computer

Hi guys I'm not very experienced with computers so I would appreciate some help with building a computer. I put together a list of items that work very well under my budget. I'm not even sure what I need but other than the stuff in the list I also have a moniter, mouse, keyboard, and every wire I could imagine that would be needed. If any of these things will not work for any reason please let me know and if you have any recommendations of other cheap and quality items that are better than mine I would appreciate the information. *edit* The combo deal is no longer available so I was thinking of changing the motherboard but keeping the memory the same. What do you think about that?
