Need help on what hardware to choose

Alright thanks guys. So i definitely need a new psu.
Ill get the one you linked so thats $100 off.

Aside from the ones posted above, what can i get for say, $300-$400 range?

Trotter, ya, i figured i needed better ram first so i got that covered =P.

Also, i have minimal hardware installation knowledge. I assume installing psu+video card is a bit like installing ram? as in, if it fits it goes there, if it doesn't it doesn't....>_<
 
Both are very simple. Basically, you put the new in in reverse order you take the old out. The video card will require messing with drivers but that's no biggie.
