video card upgrade question

i have an intel 945gm and it is probably the reason i can barely play half-life. Is there a way to replace this video card because it is an "onboard"...?

btw my specs are

cpu-1.6ghz
ram-1gb
60gb hdd

im pretty sure its the video card that is holding me back because the minimum requirements for cpu is 1.2ghz for that game...help me please i need a new graphics card!

you need a new computer (you can reuse some parts from your old computer) if you want to truly upgrade we can build you a new system.

If you just want a quick patch you will need another stick of identical ram to run in dual channel and we need to know what connection the video card makes with the motherboard. Pci-express or Agp
