windows just installed computer wont boot

ive checked the disc multiple times with seatools....
so should i conenect it as a secondary and then partition>?

I already told you. delete the hdd using powermax or the seagate, then use the xp disc to make 2 to 3 partitions

and as i previously stated, at that exact screen the unpartitioned space is listed as a 130,000mb or so, already not the right size...
i tried making a 30 gig partition either way and then installing but then there as jus 90gig unallocated left over....

i plugged in my old bootable drive and now making partitions on the new one as a secondary...it should all work now
