i am making an image using Norton Ghost for my call floor.

here is my problem.

i have an AGENT login, where the permissions are totally locked down. You cannot change anything, you cant even right click.

when i install XP on my old win2k images, and i set up everything how i want it (to look like win2k, set up for optimal performance and not visual) and all that good stuff.

here is the issue.

when i login as agent... it has all the default XP settings and not my admin settings that i made.

is there a way to get the admin profile settings to go on ALL profiles that login (without permissions obviously) just look and stuff?

if that makes ass of no sense... im sorry i dont talk well. lol

Set the computer up just like you want it with no users on it yet, just programs, etc. Make sure the default admin account is there and thats it. then do a sysprep. Now when you deploy the image, it will run the minisetup, then all the permission should be throughout and when you add a new user, it should be under whatever you choose it to be, make sense?

SWEET thank you so much man! That makes absolute perfect sense!

I wish there was some way I could pay you back for this tip.

I love this site so much.
