I personally hate wireless mouses cause I always forgot to charge them or never had extra batteries laying around. Same thing with wireless keyboards. So unless you are playing across the room or something no need to pay the price for wireless devices.
I think what VINMAN was getting at with the parts he listed was getting more for your dollar. Certain things on your list are more than what your system needs. So the smaller power supply will save you money that allows you to get more RAM. And more RAM will help WoW perform better. If I'm mistaken I'm sure he will correct me but that would be my guess.
