Torrent->Game->Computer->SD Card->Wii ? Could use some help.

So I've been using TPB to torrent games to my computer. But I feel as though my Nintendo Wii deserves playtime as well..
Could someone explain how to torrent a game for Wii and put it on an SD card to connect to my Wii's memory? And also, how do you format the SD card to work with the Wii?
