Replacement MOBO for Emachines et 1331g

I have given up hope on getting a new graphics card in hopes getting one that can run openGL 3.3 or better.
i do not want a new machine. I'm hoping that if i get a new motherboard it'll have some inter graded graphics that would have open gl 3.3 or better to run. It's for gaming. So is there a mobo i can put in this machine that would be compatible, just want open GL and it to be for windows 7. Oh wise internet wizards, is there hope?

I got some current upgrades for my machine, if they are not compatible I can replace them, just letting you all know so mabye it can help:

I got good news and bad news for you. Good news is, OpenGL 3.3 is 7 years old now so practically any card on the market you can buy new currently will support it all the way through 4.0 easily. The other good news is they make several cards you can fit in your machine with the current case and board like the GTX 1050 or RX460 that won't blow up that PSU you bought. The bad news is, the PSU you bought is absolute garbage and I wouldn't even trust it to power my water pump to bleed my water loop. There are other much better quality PSUs in that price 'bracket' that could have been picked up like this Rosewill (which to me is a stretch)..

Fallout new vegas, the PSU works great. It's powering an additional 3 Hard disk drives on here and still running way faster then that stupid one i got that came with it out of the box. I do not care about graphics cards, i want a compatible motherboard that has opengl 3.3 or better on it, with all the same hookups, windows 7 x64 OS, same RAM chip compatibility. that's it. I do not want graphics card help.

You want to play games you need a graphics card. That PSU you have might work "fine" for now, but it's junk. You want help you'll need to listen a bit otherwise I won't waste my time and neither will anybody else here.

i'm getting a 800 watt psu, my motherboard is broken. the pci-e slot snapped and there's no way a graphics card can stay in there, i tried. the fan ran for a little bit, it slipped out and my computer locked up. this happened 12 times. i need a new motherboard. any sugesstions of motherboards and motherboard related suggestions?

Also, you don't need an 800w PSU - just a high quality / good-branded PSU.

I'm getting it to end all discussion about PSU, then i'm taking the current PSU and throwing it into the firey depths of hell in hopes that someone will stop talking about the PSU and tell me something about DDR2 graphics card that has open gl 3.3 or better on it, because all the others don't work that i personally tested. and i can just buy a copy of this board or a new board. omg i should have said that sooner. sorry about that. or a new motherboard. I only care about those two things, and either way, only if open gl 3.3 or better is on there, that's it. that's all on heavean and earth i care about. That's all i want to know.

You already got the other PSU, and if you're getting an offbrand 800W it won't be any better than your current one.

Having a snapped PCI-E slot is pretty critical information that should be given in the OP. I looked at the pictures you provided and the only part that looks broken is the toggle that holds the L clip of the card in. If you screwed the card bracket to the case like you're supposed to there's no way a card can slip out.

As for replacing the board AND having an IGP that will actually provide more than just basic functionality for such an old platform you're going to have a really hard time. I think the best you'll have is a Geforce 6200 solution which might already be what's on your current board.

Being snippy about it won't really help the issue either. We're just trying to make sure you have informed purchases so a little less attitude would be appreciated.

Sorry, i did not mean to be snippy, i asked many computer repair shops and they all agree i'm flogging a head horse with a hollow rubber hammer made of frustration and not windows 7 compatible. So i nearly lost hope on this machine, sometimes i lay awake at night staring at it and think to myself how better cave life would be. As i hear a ding from my inbox, i peek my head out to see 50 messages about the psu, and none for graphics or motherboards. Fustrated, i continue to bash my machine in hopes of a better life.

As for the onboard graphics it's a 256MB NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 (Acer Incorporated [ALI]). it is intergrated into the system, and the source of all my hate for this machine. just looking for a ddr2 graphics card or mobo, either just open gl 3.3 or better on it.

Well the computer shops aren't exactly wrong, but your current processor is good enough to play New Vegas if that's what you want. The stuff about the PSU may seem like gibberish but it's necessary to be known. If a crap PSU ever decides to go kaboom one day it has a high chance of taking out all the components in your computer which would make for more of a disaster than simply buying a decent unit to begin with. Hence why it's been brought up.

I gave some recommendations as to what you could get to solve your issue and that was met by an "I don't wanna hear it" attitude. To better help your case I'll need to know with what kind of budget you're working with.
