Photoshop convert png to ico file

Do u guys know how can i use photoshop to convert png to ico file? I try some converter,but the quality is ****

I use :. ConvertICO.com - Convert .PNG format files to .ICO or .ICO format files to .PNG : Windows Vista compatible, free site, and does the job
Just upload the .png file and it converts it

Qualitu is good too, my icons are full size on vista and look great
