Click to expand... +1 here. Stock laptops get real toasty and even though they can withstand more heat than a regular CPU overclocking is not recommended at all.

T Talkashie Solid State Member Messages 13 Location Texas, USA Jun 10, 2012 #4 I wouldn't recommend doing this. I tried with my old laptop GPU, and not only did it not make a huge difference, but the temperatures skyrocketed. You will probably burn it up :/
