Hi, i have a Seagate Barracuda 250Gbyte ST250DM00 which sad to say is not working now because the board of the hard disk has a blown circuit. I really need the file there. I have another hard disk (good and working) but a 160Gbyte Seagate Barracuda ST3160815AS. I look at the board and it looks the same to the 250gig hard disk but the circuits are different. I would like to ask if can I use the board of the 160gig and place it to the 250gig so I can recover the files? Thank you very much.
