Uhm branding? I mean...lamborghini could make an impala with their logo and they could sell it for 3 x the price.
But truly, Intel does have better processors.
Most people would complain about
Performance (3.2 ghz athlon is slower than intel 3.0ghz e8400) Its like putting label V8 engine on car but still cant beat V6.
Heat- they do run hotter
Stability- I cant say i've experienced it but that is a complaint
And power usage
It really matters what processor you get, not the brand. They are both good. But if you want to spend little money but have a good system wait for the Phenom II's from AMD or buy the C2 series from Intel.
