Has anyone bought a phone through Light In The Box (lightinthebox.com)? I realize they are knock-offs but that doesn't necessarily mean they are junk, either.
haven't bought one from them but, generally knock offs have issues with the battery life and software. Just glancing through a few reviews on there, seems that those issues still are present to date.

From purely a safety perspective, buying dodgy batteries/chargers is never a good combination. A couple of iPhones have blown up when being charged with cheap Chinese chargers, which is almost inevitably what those phones ship with.
Pretty sure the phones will be bad too. If they were good, no one would buy Samsung and Apple. I'd expect poor quality control and all the problems that go along with that.
