internet on my nokia e71

hi guys,

as you know the e71 has built in wifi and ive got a wireless router and to log on my network you need a wpa key anyway my phone can find the network and it picks up 2 networks, both the same netgear network but one encrypted and one without encryption but when i access the one without the network wpa key i can surf the internet, why is this as ive set a password?!?

are you sure that one IS your network, I pick up open networks every place I go, at my friends He has his locked but I just connect to the neighbors which is unlocked.
