nor did i, but i was given a nice big set of errors, all with EXPRESSION SYNTAX written all over it, BORLAND C/C++.
using #define of course, with out the "=" i get none at all.
why is that?
#define is actually different (I believe) than const. #define is a precompiler directive (meaning the compiler literally substitutes the appropriate value) versus const still being an actual piece of data stored in memory.
for the clearscreen function......its in the conio.h header file, so each time you run the prog, you will not see the result of the last time you ran it.
