Hi I am new to this forum and I am hoping to have a great time!
I need help with something I have no experience with.
I am trying to get a new video card but don't know where to get one and what to get and what is compatible. please keep the price around $20 to $50 because I don't want to spend much.

My current PC specs are really bad and I need a new video card.

Here are the specs:

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 3.00GHz 3.00GHz
2GB of RAM
32 bit Windows 7 Professional
Intel(R) 82945G Express Chipset Family

what are you going to do with it? play games? then you need 2 pay more money, or buy a used one.
don't espect any great graphic when gaming.
you are gonna play games better, but you still have an old cpu so newer games is gonna lag no matter the graphic card.

The specs sound like a laptop to me.

Possible, but boards exists with the 945G chipset. Take a look that the ASUS P5LD2-VM for example.
