Help me please

I need help . My ISP sucks, (WOW), and after about a day, I have to hit the reset button my modem, because it will slow down to a crawl if i dont. Today i hit the reset button on my modem, then on my router as i always do, but my network doesent show up on the list. What happened?

Why not call the ISP and find out? They should know about there own stuff more than some random people on the internet :-/

Assuming your router is acting as your hub/switch also, the network problem wouldn't be his ISP's problem.

So the routers on and visually working, but your network is down? What do you get when you type IPCONFIG from a command prompt?
