Good LCD?

Factors in buying LCD as I understand it are:

Contrast Ratio: as close to 1000:1 as possible 700:1 min (this means black will be black not grey) a top of the line will be something like 1600:1. This is the most important factor.

Response Time: The lower the better if you are watching DVD's and Gaming (8ms or Lower)

Video In: does it have Digital or Analogue or Both (Analogue only will be cheaper but will may need a dongle from a newer graphics card.)

Speakers: Do you need them? a monitor without them will be cheaper.

What you have selected looks good enough to me though and has some good reviews too. That's normally the proof of the pudding.
