FPS issues(Need new purchase)

Not as much as the GPU but will give you less of a CPU bottleneck.

Just been out and got myself a GTX 760.

Got to say its boosted my performance massively.

I also found a mass amount of dust on my Graphics card which I imagine was not helping at all.
Gave everything a clear out and can run on high ranging from 28-60fps which is great.

make sure to clean out your computer at least every 6 months now or more frequently depending on your environment (pets? heavy smoker?).

Yes, but did the GPU not significantly increase your performance?

In terms of fps tests in game yes it did. When it came to the actual game & others. I was getting bad fps. Its like its fine for a few secs then it drops. So Im guessing its a problem with my processor?

Its not bad as such. Just no where near the performance it should be.

For starters, what PSU do you have? Secondly, when was the last time you've done a fresh install of Windows?
