Disk Cleanup

Hello, my comp came with Windows ME and I installed XP PRO. Now whenever I go to do a Disk Cleanup, it has Windows 98/ME Installation File 720,486 KB(720MB) on, should I have it clean these and get back that memory, or should I leave it alone?

If you are not planning on going back to Windows ME, or you still have the Windows ME disk, it should be completely safe to delete those files.

I never plan on using me and my comp didn't come with an ME Disc

Thats probably why that file is on there, its what is used to re-install ME if you chose to do so. Delete that bugger, XP rules!
