I have two windows account users on one computer. Is there a way to delete a icon off one account but not the other? I tried deleting an icon but it deleted it off both windows account.

If you add it back to just the 1 account you want it on does it add it on to both?

I re-tested the question you asked and yes but only to one icon for Defrag 2 by Iobit. If I add that shortcut to my desk then it will add it to my wife's user account also.
