Cisco 1921 Router GE 0/1 and 0/0 port problems

I have a Cisco 1921 router that worked great for about a year, then all the sudden the internet stopped working through it. When I unhooked it and hooked up a temp router that worked fine. I ran the password recovery to change the password on it, and hooked it back up. Now when it is loading, I get link lights on both ports like normal. However, after about 20 Seconds, both ports go dark...
