Can't change Bass and Treble Settings

I have a 915GV based foxconn motherboard with 6 channel onboard audio card.

I installed SoundMax form mobo's drivers CD....But now i can't change Bass and Treble settings of my 2.1 Creative speakers as these settings are faded and set to Low.

Please help so that i can use bass and treble settings for my speakers.
