You got conflicting things going on. First the 8E error you reported is a Kernel Mode Exception Not Handled.

Then the File in Question is also throwing out problems. So let me ask do you have the proper dump files? The Diagnostic Tool used was for a game. Not for debugging Windows error properly. The Dump Files should be located in C:\Windows\Minidump.
I am not saying that they wont show the same information. But i would like to verify with a Windows Tool that it is the same information. I dont trust a tool used for Tomb Raider to tell me what is wrong with Windows.
