Just one look at the website and it's immediately clear that I would never choose either of them.
If you wanted to make this site as a private consumer and for personal use, you wouldn't choose such expensive rogue servers.
If you wanted this for your company, you would choose honest and well-known servers or open your own company server, but you would certainly not use any completely unknown, obviously fraudulent offers.
Think and study a bit how internet servers work and only then make your decision, dear rich man!
