1. Purchase a higher wattage PSU like Antec or Raidmax. At least a 430watt.
2. Install 2 80mm fans in the front. This will suck fresh cool air from the front, then the ones in the back will push it out the back.

Man stop recomending RAIDMAX their total crap, expisally yours ( I have the same one ).
