Asus U38DT Burned charger jack problem

Those 6 connectors are: 4 for mounting/holding the charging port onto the motherboard(2 on each side), 1 is for the power (generally in the middle of the end of the port, but not always) and 1 for ground (usually from the side of the port near the end of the power port) from the power supply

That charging port you have is cooked and beyond repair.
Get a new charging port from Ebay, it is less than $5.00

Remove that cooked port you have, remove all of the old solder. You can use de-soldering braid or a de-soldering tool, clean it with some 90% alcohol with a stiff nylon brush, flux and install the new port and solder in place. A good solder joint will be best with a clean solder joint...it's some kinda law somewhere.
Personal note: I've had the best use with de-soldering using de-soldering braid.

However, it would be wise for you to turn to specialists. You may have a new plug and a new outlet, but if you do not have the right tools, there's no way you can do it yourself. It's not possible.
I honestly admit that if I had this problem, I would be very skeptical if can I do it myself, even though I have been doing similar things for almost 40 years. The most important are correct tools and after that come knowledge about how to do.

You may know where the appendix is, but any doctor would definitely remove it better than you can or would do it with a table knife at home in the kitchen.

No you are wrong. If you remove someone's appendix wrong you could kill them.
If you solder a charger jack wrong you might have to buy a new laptop.
