All I'm going to say is that in an article in my hometown paper there was a quote from a Hatian that was along the lines of:
"It's bad over here. We need help. --(ok she's doing fine so far, nothing too bad...but it gets worse)-- People need to give us stuff. I don't know who or where it will come from but they need to give it to us and they need to hurry up."
I don't know the exact wording but that is pretty close. I couldn't believe that she was just expecting other countries to just give them stuff. I didn't see other countries making millions of dollars of donations to the US when we had the Hurricanes. So how come we're 'expected' to help everyone else. That is was really -to quote a wise old man- 'fries my taters'.
