Yellow Exclamation Mark in Device Manager

I recently purchased a Sapphire ATi HD3850 video card, and ever since then my pc keeps telling me that it has detected new hardware right when getting into windows. I've deleted the old drivers of my old video card and installed the newest Catalyst drivers for this card. The card runs great, but...

    16x DVD burns at 4x

I've tried all of the firmware updates and all of them seem to tell me that the target is not found. I did confirm that my drive is a DVR-108. Is there any way to update my drive?

Check the settings in the game, as well as update the drivers for your sound card.

    16x DVD burns at 4x

Ok, I need some help here. From my device manager it tells me that my DVD drive is a "DVR-108". I went to: http://www.cdrinfo.com/Sections/Firmware/SingleModel.aspx?DriveId=963 Downloaded the newest firmware, and when I ran it, it told me that the target was not found. What's the problem?

    16x DVD burns at 4x

I bought some Memorex DVD-R's rated at 16x write speed, but in Nero 6.3.1.20 the fastest burn speed shown is 4x. What's the deal? My burner is a Pioneer DVR-108, which I'm pretty sure burns at 16x, since I've done it before, just cannot remember what DVD's or software was used.

    AVI to DVD Software/Good Framerate?

I use VSO ConvertX to DVD to encode my movies, and it seems as if the framerate is lowered quite a bit after encoded. When watching on my DVD player you can tell that the video is a little jerky, like with a low framerate. What would be a better program to use to get a better framerate, or maybe...

System crashes when I insert an audio CD in my DVD drive

So you said you were able to play the cd from the dvd drive momentarily correct? Using WMP? You might want to uninstall/reinstall winamp, and maybe upgrade WMP to 10 or 11. What is the manufacturer of your PC? You might want to give them a call and see if they can replace the drive. I wouldn't...

    backwards compatible

It should work fine. You should just put in the sticks in alteration. 32, 27, 32, etc. My current setup is like so:

System crashes when I insert an audio CD in my DVD drive

Have you tried switching your other drive with the DVD drive? As in swap connectors? I also have a pioneer dvd-r/rw etc. but mine is DVR-108. When I insert audio discs it plays them fine, so it could also be your actual drive that is the problem. I would try to swap places with the cd drive and...

    PSU Problem?

I had my computer turned on in the morning, and I left it on and went to another room. After I came back, about 1 hour, it was off. I try to turn it on without any response. Then I reset everything and it turns on for about half a second and turns instantly off again. So I take out the PSU...

    Computer Turns Off Randomly

That doesn't really answer my question. It has nothing in there about beeps, and the computer freezing from them. Anyway, here's a clip of what the beeps sound like: (The computer did NOT reboot in this clip) You can hear the 1st beep at about 11 second mark, and the second at the 18 second mark.

    Computer Turns Off Randomly

Lately, I've been getting these weird beeps that make the PC seem to freeze. Just a while ago, I was encoding a movie from divx to dvd, using VSO and the computer just beeped and turned off. I couldn't even turn it back on. I had to turn on/off the PSU several times and unplug my outlet. Then it...
