Have you ever considered that your cyberlink installation software is corrupt. Try another (newer) cyberlink power dvd version and see if you have the same problem.

I've just build a PC and now when I press the shutdown button the system always reboot. First I thought it was because of a system failure that automatically reboots when failure occurs during shutdown, but I deselected that and it still keeps doing it. Does somebody knows how to solve this...
