Ugh, that's the worst part of it. Why does MSN think I want to see the clip that I SENT THEM? I already know what it is!!

Another thing I hate is the "smartscreen" filter for links. They all go through the MSN servers, which breaks a lot of sites, as they think I am hotlinking to their site.

Oh I know that, but I don't want to transfer anything, I just want to send them a link to look at, and not have it expand my window for "photo-sharing"

Re: MP3/4 Player Compatible with MacPro? Doesn't an iPod Touch do everything you need? What do you mean by FLV support? Like, FLV video playback? If that's the case, I'm not sure if the iPod will do it.

In the new WLM, when I send an image link to a friend, the window expands to the right and shows a preview of the image. Now, this is really annoying to me, and I don't have any use for it. Is there any way to disable this "feature"? Thanks!

Haha yeah, I did! I ended up giving up on resizing stuff and just chose to back up important things and format the whole drive to my liking.

I screwed up my windows install by mistake. I am currently in Ubuntu resizing my single 1TB partition down to ~100GB for my old install, and ~830GB of unallocated space. After this, I will format the unallocated space to NTFS, back up old files on it, and use the 100GB partition to reinstall...

I got a Hitachi Deskstar 1TB drive today, and some people are saying it will last six months tops, and that it will get bad sectors in like 2 days. Is there any truth to this, or did they just have bad experiences?? I'm really worried because as a student, this is kind of a big expenditure for...

Terrible. Same crummy parts as before. Looks like the only thing they redesigned was the price.

It seems like the black bars at the top and bottom of the actual movie is burned in to the DVD picture. The only way to get around this that I know if is to rip the DVD and crop them out

uTorrent seems to be working fine, but I want to make sure it's not being hindered by my Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 in any way. Is there anything I should do to configure KIS to play nice with uTorrent? Thanks! -Matt
