Thanks for your reply. That is what I was thinking. The only problem is that since I did the restore (yesterday morning), I have not been able to pull up "restore" again. The computer will pull up a blank screen, but will not "load" restore. I have no idea why.
Running windows ME. While working, monitor will just shut off. I have checked settings under "power options" and there is nothing set to have the monitor shut off. I thought it was the monitor itself and purchased a new flat panel. Still shuts off. This monitor will display a message...
