how do i make xp look like vista without using alot of resources?

i would like one of those "bars" if you like on the dektop instead of icons, like on vista, can i do this and what is the best way?

i know this question has been asked before but if i search "make xp look like vista" it will only search the words make and vista so i cant find it!
