Hey, my friend wants to upgrade the memory in their notebook before going up to school. The notebook is a HP pavilion ze4935wm notebook. It currently has 256 mb in it and I want to upgrade her to either 512 or 1 gig. I personally would recommend 1 gig but who knows if she will need that or not. So my question is... what brand/type of memory should I buy for her? I tried using the memory config tool on the hp website but it doesn't have the exact model for her laptop so i'm kinda stuck at what to get. For models right around the ze4935wm, they all have a max of 2 banks having a combined total of 1024 mb, with DDR pc 2100 memory. However on the crucial.com website it says the ze4900 series supports pc2700. So what do you guys recommend? I'll continue to look around and see what I can find but any input would be greatly appreciated. What brand/type/size would you guys recommend? Thanks!
