Hi, i am thinking of upgrading my monitor to a 17" TFT flatscreen.
Unfortunately i have no idea what brands are best and wondered if anyone had any advice. For software reasons i need it to be able to display a resolution of at least 1280x1024 and i would like it to have a maximum refresh rate of at least 75Hz. I am however a student so money is, as always, a big issue. I am looking to pay no more than £300.
If anyone has any advice on the subjest such as which brands should be avoided, which give the best value for money, that sort of thing, i would be extremely greatful to hear it.
