i know apsalutely nothing about moniters except different cards and such but for gaming a crt moniter would have been best just to tell you. But that link doesn't bring me to a moniter

Can't see what monitor you are talking about.
It must a 17" with TN+ panel, since you going for lower ms.
A new generation called S-IPS panel is the best of today,
but you can't compare ms and contrast with other panels,
since it build on new technology.
They are available from 18" (Example: Viewsonic Vp181s)
