i wanna get sum lol. im usin a msi kt6 delta board, does any1 no if this boards northbridgechip had a pad or uses compound to the heatsink just my temp for it is usually over 40 :S well around there anyway. any other way i can lower this considerin i already have 2 system fans.

just been looking around for prices on place i can seem to find it on is www.overclockers.co.uk but i have found Antec Silver all over the place. any1 heard of it. it any gud?

Artic silver 3 and 5 are good thermal paste. Is this system overclocked? I know most parts in my non oc computer is running around 40 C, so the temp might not really be a problem. Is the cooling passive (Heatsink) or active (with a fan)? You can also get fans for the northbridge, if you feel you need to.

Antec silver is good too. It will work well.

If it's got a Thermal Pad clean it off & go with the Artic Silver
