Plz check my log i am getting High pings when playing games and my Internet Browser seems slow

Is the above entry for a keystroke logger? If so did you install it? Your log is clean...and since you said you formated and reinstalled windows in the other thread..I'm willing to bet your issue is NOT related to spyware but the way your network settings are set up.

Are your pings high through direct connect to a server or through a game site server? Ping this site...and paste the ping times in your next reply.

To ping....click start...run..type in CMD. Once DOS box opens....type ping www.techist.com and hit enter. It will ping 4 times..and at the bottom display Min/Max and average time in ms (millaseconds) Post those.

MY pings are while playing on Americas Army servers.
They seems to have got a little lower but i still think they should be better cause im only getting 18 Packets Down and 40 Packets Up

Your ping times are fine for this site. How many packets are you losing on the Americas Army servers? I don't think the problem is your end....but their servers. Check out some of the "Team Sites" for the game your playing. They may have tweaks and tricks...to get a stable ping on the game servers.

If you ping there servers directly (game not running) are your pings better?

Its started again but now i get massive packet loss
