Need to put my ringtones on iPhone 5C

I have quite a few MP3 ringtones on my computer that I want to put on my new work phone, an iPhone 5C. But of course Apple has to be an asshat and not allow you to transfer them straight across.

What would be the best way to get them on the phone? I have installed iTunes but already despise it (no, I do not want you to sync my gigs of music, thankyouverymuch). And there is no way in hell I am going to pay Apple for the ringtones I already have.

Suggestions? Or, better yet, solution?

I had to lower myself to installing iTunes but I found a way to do it.
