OpenSA Web Server restrict access

I'm running a webserver using OpenSA on a Windows XP platform. How do I restrict acess, in other words, require a username and password to access the server files that only I can add, edit, and delete? If i can't do this by tweaking the OpenSA settings, is there a way to restrict access in html? I don't know if html retricted access would work, because then they could just go around and type in the address to a direct file. http://www.opensa.org
