errorr on my computer

i have my computer and when i turn my computer i get foiling errors and the errors are
0xc0000006 and installer terminated prematurely and if i try to install any virus program it give me this error 0xc000009c please help

What Operating System? What are your system spec's (components).

I would go thru this guide 1st. Read thru it carefully as you go.
