My ps4 connection is garbage

I asked specifically for the hardware and internet package in question for a reason. The wifi in the PS4 is pretty **** and wireless might not necessarily work, especially if the internet package itself isn't that great. The software is made to self limit how much bandwidth it uses on the PS4 anyways, and due to the nature of wifi it tends to limit this a bit too much making the wireless worse than it theoretically should, even if signal is low. If we knew the package and hardware in question we wouldn't really need to do any guess work.

my ps 4 connection was garbage too, it seems it was from the wireless connection now i use wire and its 35MBps (download speed) 13MBps (upload speed)
